Job Description

As an Operations Specialist you will deal with the management of Drivalia’s fleet, giving a 360 degree support to a variety of activities going from supply chain, customer care, fleet management and remarketing to data analysis (e.g. providing performance reports). You will interact on a daily basis with clients and providers (bodyshops, dealers, road assistance, appraisers, etc.) you will take care of their requests related to the vehicle management (maintenance, repair, fines, claims…) or to the leasing contract (amendments, extensions).

You will interface constantly with both local and HQ colleagues in Italy, in order to guarantee a seamless execution of the operations. You will contribute to the definition, roll out and continuous improvement of the procedures and you will liaise with all internal and external stakeholders to ensure that KPIs are met.

What are we looking for?

  1. 3 years of experience in a similar position (preferably in a similar industry);
  2. You are driven and result-oriented;
  3. You set the bar high, you are able to evaluate yourself and you adapt easily to changing circumstances;
  4. Communication and writing in Dutch, English and French is no problem for you;
  5. You have a lot of patience and you are easy-going;
  6. A positive attitude and a problem-solving mind;
  7. Interest in the automotive and leasing sector;
  8. Good knowledge of office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, ..);
